By car from the South

· Via the A7 from Hanover as far as Horster Dreieck and take the A1 towards Berlin, Hamburg, Luebeck

· At Autobahnkreuz Hamburg-Sued take the A255 towards B4, HH-Centrum till the exit Hamburg-Veddel where the motorway becomes the B4

· Follow B4/Neue Elbbruecke, this becomes Billhorner Strasse, then after approx. 3 km turn left into Amsinckstrasse/ B4 and continue on the B4

· After approx. 2 km, turn right into the Graskeller road and continue along this onto the Stadthausbruecke bridge

· Turn right into Neuer Wall. From there the Excellent Business Center at Neuer Wall 80 is in a distance of less than 80 m on the left side.

By car from the West

· Via the A1 from Bremen as far as Kreuz Hamburg Sued

· At Autobahnkreuz Hamburg-Sued take the A255 towards B4, HH-Centrum till the exit Hamburg-Veddel where the motorway becomes the B4

· Follow B4/Neue Elbbruecke, this becomes Billhorner Strasse, then after approx. 3 km turn left into Amsinckstrasse/ B4 and continue on the B4

· Via the A7 coming from Neumuenster or the A23 from Itzehoe as far as Autobahndreieck Hamburg-Nordwest.

· Follow the A7 till exit 26 Hamburg Stellingen and then travel towards Centrum, Elbbruecken onto Kieler Strasse.

· After approx. 4 km, bear left into Stresemannstrasse (B4)

· After approx. 1.5 km, leave Stresemannstrasse (B4) straight ahead onto Neuer Pferdemarkt

· Neuer Pferdemarkt becomes Neuer Kamp and this in turn becomes Feldstrasse

· At the end of Feldstrasse, you cross the Holstenglacis road and continue straight ahead onto Sievekingplatz

· Follow the road as far as Kaiser-Wilhelm-Strasse and continue on the Stadthausbruecke bridge.

· Turn left into Neuer Wall. From there the Excellent Business Center at Neuer Wall 80 is in a distance of less than 80 m on the left side.

By car from the East

· Via the A24 from Berlin as far as the Horner Kreisel roundabout

· Leave the roundabout at the 1^st exit onto Sievekingsallee

· Follow Sievekingsallee till Sievekingdamm.

· After approx. 100 m, bear right into Horner Landstrasse and continue straight ahead onto Borgfelder Strasse

· Borgfelder Strasse becomes Berlinertordam, this becomes Beim Strohhause and then Kurt- Schumacher-Allee which then becomes Altmannbruecke bridge.

· Turn left into Klosterwall and follow the road

· After approx. 1.5 km, turn right into Roedingsmarkt and then left into the Graskeller road and continue along this onto the Stadthausbruecke bridge

· Turn right into Neuer Wall. From there the Excellent Business Center at Neuer Wall 80 is in a distance of less than 80 m on the left side.
